In Patong there are a gym at the road next to Sai Nam Yen road, they moved to new premises lately and the new premises looks great. (They were on the same road before but that buidling is demolished now, they moved into one of the new buildings that has been constructed lately.)
I don't remember the daily fee, 120 baht or something I guess.

sitpolek pattaya
pattaya youve got sitpolek which is a thai boxing gym with superb weights facilities ,its located in the weekender hotel just oposite soi2 , cant remember how much i think 150 baht for the weights!
